These terms govern your use of the GAGA SPORTS website and any order you place with us — retail or custom. By using the site or confirming an order, you accept these terms. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you order; we're glad to explain.
General
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. The site and its content are provided for browsing and purchasing our products; you may not copy, scrape or republish our imagery, product data or pricing for commercial use without written permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update date. Orders already confirmed are governed by the terms accepted at the time of confirmation.
Products & Pricing
All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice, though any change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid. Despite careful photography and colour management, slight variations in colour, texture and print placement may occur between samples, screens and bulk production.
Product availability may change without notice. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly and offer a replacement or a full refund.
Orders
An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. Your order becomes a confirmed contract when we send an order confirmation (retail) or a signed proforma invoice (custom and bulk). We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues — in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
Please check your delivery address and contact details carefully before confirming. Changes after dispatch may not be possible until the courier allows redirection.
Payment Terms
Retail orders are paid in full at the time of purchase, by credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Goods are dispatched once payment has cleared.
Bulk and custom orders require a 50% deposit to confirm the order and book materials, with the remaining 50% due before dispatch. Production timelines begin from the date the deposit is received and the sample is approved. Orders unpaid for 14 days after the balance is due may be cancelled, and the deposit retained for work already completed.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched from Sialkot, Pakistan, usually within 2–4 business days. International delivery is typically 5–10 business days via DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT; domestic Pakistan delivery is 2–5 business days. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
International shipments are sent duties unpaid. Any customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees — we are not liable for courier delays or customs hold-ups beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges for a different size follow the same window. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.
Custom, personalised and bulk orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once approved, except where the goods deviate materially from the approved sample. Full conditions are set out on our returns policy page.
Custom & Private Label Orders
Custom orders are produced to your approved sample and specifications. Approval of the pre-production sample — whether by email, message or physical sign-off — constitutes acceptance of the construction, fit, colour and artwork for the bulk run, and makes the order final.
Minor tolerances are normal in garment production and are considered acceptable within industry norms: print and embroidery placement within ±3mm, garment measurements within ±1cm, and colour variation between dye lots within a reasonable commercial range. If bulk goods fall outside these tolerances or deviate from the approved sample, we will work with you to put it right.
Intellectual Property
The GAGA SPORTS name, logo, site design, photography and product imagery are our property and may not be used without written permission. When you supply designs, artwork or tech packs for custom production, you confirm that you own or licence those rights. We keep your files confidential and do not resell your proprietary designs to other clients.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GAGA SPORTS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or delays in delivery. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot legally be limited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or from an order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, Punjab. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and friendly.
