Orders are dispatched from our Sialkot facility within 2–4 business days of confirmation. During sale periods or large production runs, dispatch may take one extra day — we'll tell you at checkout or by email if that's the case.

International express delivery takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your country and customs clearance. Domestic Pakistan orders arrive in 2–5 business days.

We ship internationally with DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT, and within Pakistan with TCS and Leopards Courier. You can request a specific courier at checkout or when your order is confirmed.

We email your tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll send the live tracking link straight away.

International shipments are sent DDU (duties unpaid). Any customs duties, VAT or brokerage fees imposed by your country are the customer's responsibility. We declare order values accurately on all commercial invoices.

Retail orders are paid in full at checkout — we accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and direct bank transfer. Bulk and custom orders follow a different schedule (see the Custom & Wholesale section below).

Our cuts are athletic fit — shaped through the chest and shoulder with room to move. If you prefer a looser, lifestyle fit, we recommend sizing up one size. Exact measurements for every style are listed in the size guide on each product page.

We work primarily with performance polyesters, polyester-elastane stretch knits, cotton-rich fleece and quick-dry interlocks. Each product page lists its exact fabric composition and weight so you know exactly what you're buying.

Machine wash cold with like colours, inside out. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry — air drying keeps elasticity and prints at their best for longer. Do not iron directly on printed or bonded areas.

Our screen prints, transfers and embroidery are rated for the life of the garment when cared for as above. Wash inside out and skip the iron over printed areas — that's all it takes.

We photograph and colour-manage our catalogues carefully, but screens vary. For brand-critical colours on custom orders, we produce a lab dip or strike-off for your approval before bulk production.

Yes — swatch sets are available for wholesale and custom projects. Message us on WhatsApp with the fabric names you're interested in and we'll courier a swatch pack to you.

Private label production starts at 100 pieces per colourway per style. Team kits and mixed-size runs can be quoted below that for local clubs — ask us and we'll do our best to work something out.

Development samples are ready in 7–14 days from the date we receive your requirements or tech pack, plus courier time to your address. Bulk production begins only after you approve the sample.

We offer embroidery, screen printing and full-dye sublimation, plus heat transfers, silicone labels and woven tags. Your quote will recommend the best method for your artwork, fabric and budget.

Bulk orders require a 50% deposit to book fabric and start production, with the remaining 50% due before dispatch. Payments can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or card; bank details are included on your proforma invoice.

Absolutely. Send your tech pack with measurements, artwork and construction notes and we'll quote against it directly. If you only have sketches or reference photos, our design team can help build the tech pack with you.

Yes — woven labels, neck labels, hang tags, poly bags and custom cartons can all carry your brand. Send us your logo files and packaging specs and we'll include everything in the sample and bulk quote.
