GAGA SPORTS began in Sialkot, Punjab — a city whose name has been synonymous with sports goods manufacturing for over a century. We started with a simple belief: the same city that stitches the world's match balls and gloves could build a performance apparel brand trusted by athletes and clothing labels in every timezone.
We are, at heart, a workshop company. Pattern makers, knit specialists and finishing crews who obsess over seam placement, fabric hand-feel and the way a garment moves after the hundredth wash. Every style we release is wear-tested in real training before it earns a place in our catalogue — and every bulk order passes through an in-line and final inspection before it leaves the floor.
Fabric innovation is where we spend our evenings. From quick-dry interlocks and four-way stretch knits to sublimation-ready polyesters that hold colour season after season, we keep an active library of performance textiles and keep adding to it based on what our customers ask for next.

How We Work
A clear, five-step path from your first message to a tracked delivery — with approvals at every stage so nothing ships that you haven't signed off.
- 1 · Enquiry & Tech Pack
Tell us the product, quantity and deadline — or send a tech pack. We reply with fabric options, a costing breakdown and a realistic production timeline within one business day.
- 2 · Sampling
We cut and stitch a first sample in 7–14 days, courier it to your door, and revise fit, placement and construction until the sample is exactly what you approved.
- 3 · Fabric & Trims
Once the sample is signed off, we book your fabric, dye lots, labels, tags and packaging. Bulk production only starts when every trim is confirmed against the approved sample.
- 4 · Production
Bulk runs move through cutting, stitching and printing with in-line checks at each stage. You receive progress updates and photos while your order is on the floor.
- 5 · Quality Check & Shipping
Every garment passes a final AQL-style inspection before packing. We send tracking within 24 hours of dispatch from Sialkot via DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT.
